By accessing or using VIRad.AI ("the Service"), operated by VIRad.AI Medical LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.
VIRad.AI is a clinical reference tool built for interventional radiology professionals. The Service provides AI-powered clinical reference, literature search, an FDA-registered device database, medical imaging from open-access publications, educational Q-Bank, procedure guides, and clinical case analysis. All outputs are intended to supplement — never replace — the clinical judgment of qualified healthcare providers.
AI-generated responses are derived from model training knowledge and supplemented with citations from peer-reviewed medical literature and openly licensed content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
Information is for clinical reference only. All content provided by VIRad.AI — including AI-generated responses, procedure guides, clinical scores, and literature summaries — is intended solely as a clinical reference resource. It is NOT personalized medical advice tailored to any specific patient, clinical scenario, or institutional protocol.
Independent verification required. All clinical decisions must be independently verified by the treating physician. Users are responsible for independently verifying all clinical information, drug dosages, procedural details, contraindications, and guideline recommendations before applying them in patient care.
AI-generated content is processed using third-party AI services. Per our service providers' policies, user inputs are not used to train AI models. Query data is deleted after processing in accordance with our providers' data retention policies.
AI-generated content may not reflect the most current evidence. Medical literature is continuously evolving, and there may be a delay between publication of new evidence and its availability in our system. Users should always verify recommendations against current guidelines and primary sources.
The Services are designed for use by licensed healthcare professionals and are not intended for use by children under the age of 18. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you are a licensed healthcare professional, medical trainee, or researcher, and that you will use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
VIRad.AI offers individual and institutional subscription plans at pricing described on our pricing page. All individual subscriptions include a 30-day free trial and are processed by Stripe.
Auto-renewal. All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings or by emailing support@virad.ai; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Price changes. We may modify subscription pricing at any time. For any price increase affecting an existing subscription, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice by email or in-app notification before the change takes effect at your next renewal.
Refunds. Refund requests may be submitted to support@virad.ai and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
VIRad.AI does not enter into Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). If you are subject to HIPAA or similar data protection regulations, it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance. VIRad.AI disclaims all liability for any PHI entered by users in violation of this policy.

By submitting ratings, comments, flagged errors, or other feedback, you grant VIRad.AI a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback solely for improving the quality and reliability of the Service.
